Are you tied into a contract or subscription?

No, there is no initial contract tie-in. We offer you a 30-day rolling contract. Several nurseries and preschools understand that their childcare management system is business-critical and wish to sign a fixed-term contract, so their data is protected with business continuity and have the option of a two or 3-year fixed-price contract.

Pricing – What are the options?

With our One Plan, everyone gets everything. Every feature, one transparent price, scaled fairly by nursery size.

Small (0 – 55 children) @ £169 / month
Medium (56 – 120 children) @ £199 / month
Large (121+ children) @ £239 / month

Do you offer a discount?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for annual payments.

Our philosophy is that you deserve the best management software to deliver an outstanding education to our children.

How is payment taken?

Subscription payments are collected monthly or annually by direct debit. Many local authorities wish to pay annually by bacs, which is also acceptable.

How often does my pricing change?

We check every 3 months or so and base your pricing on your registered children at that moment in time.

Yes, when you have the demo with us, and we feel you could benefit from our tailored plan, we will give you a few options including:
